MY FAVORITE DEALERSHIP SO FAR!!! Part 2: Yesterday I took my vehicle in simply because my brakes had a crank noise, the advisor told me I was about due for service and if I wanted to do it too, so I agreed. Right now he calls and says that my VA inspection was due also so Karen Radley Acura took care of it, and since my brakes had been making noise Karen Radley Acura replaced them, all at no price. This is my 4th time visiting the service department and always being pleased. I own a BMW and previously a Volvo, and a Nissan; and even though Acura's dealerships have been my favorites, this one is the greatest one so far. I buy and service my BMW at Fairfax and so far have had horrible experiences, exact same for Volvo and Nissan. Entirely contrary from Karen Radley Acura. I am even thinking of losing the BMW and getting a TL. If you want an Acura see Melvin at Karen Radley Acura, and their service folk. This was the very best purchasing experience I ever had.
